The procurement of hardware and software was carried out by Fiverivers to ensure the requirements for the installation were met to deadlines agreed.

The installation of the upgraded system entailed configuration of a new SBS Server, upgrades to existing PC’s from Windows NT to Windows XP as well as providing the company with a remote back-up solution.

The remote back up solution gave Avery Knights the ideal Disaster Recovery Plan, enabling Avery Knights to have all data automatically backed up to an external offsite Five Rivers data centre on a daily.
